Hi guys,

Hope you can help !!

I'm writing a log to combine 4 teams data entries. Team Red, Team Green, Team Blue and Team Yellow. There are 30 data feilds and only certain ones apply to each team.

I wish to put a drop down column in A for the 4 different teams , If I select a certain team only the required data feilds in column B, F, G , H and I will be visible for input ( hence all the other feilds would be hidden ).

I have done this with conditional formating and its fine, but in reality the formating just isn't as tidy. Is there a way this can be done and on a "Shared" work book .

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Thanks
A

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
You would have to use VBA and would have to make any coding changes...etc prior to sharing the workbook, but just showing various cells in columns will not be possible as i imagine they wont all be on the same rows.
