Conditional Column/Custom Column

I am having a column RawData and want to create another column Results containing a specific data from RawData

Result
C/O Paris Based on Sales Order 235987 AR Invoice 25634Based on Sales Order 235987

I have tried every thing but not worked for me

Oops, missed the fact that this was in the Power BI section.
