I have this CELL formula that returns the desired result.
Excel Formula:
IF(AND(E24="Enter ONLY m2",E20>0),"testing")
BUT how do I write a condition formatting rule (or rules) to fill E24 with a given fill colour
when
Excel Formula:
(E24="Enter ONLY m2",E20>0)
None of my ATTEMPTS so far have worked!!

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Maybe
Excel Formula:
=AND(E24="Enter ONLY m2",E20>0)

Thank for the help.
As both solutions are the same, fairest thing to do is "Like" both.
Time and time again I make similar type mistakes when writing CF formula rules, always seem to forget that CF rules and cell formula require a slightly different syntax.
I’ve now have the required approach to utilise to all corresponding CF formatting.
Many thanks to you both.

If two people post the same answer, and it works, we typically just recommend marking the first one as the solution.

Just to clarify as a follow up question.
Is there EVER a use for an If in a CF rule?
Reason for question is that I vaguely thought I followed how CF rule syntax worked!
If I NOW understand CF rules correctly, a CF rule is effectively an "If Then", so consequently there is NO need to ADD the "IF" into the CF rule?
Is this correct??

Generally we only formulate the part which generates Answer as True, because CF shall work only 'If True'

Hope it helps you in some useful way.
