condition format row based on cell value

This is driving me nuts as it should be easy to complete

Condition format but with two criteria's


Highlight Rows A5:C1000

Criteria 1 =$B3 > 100000 This works fine
Criteria 2 =$B3 > 50000 and < 100000

I know how to set up the condition formatting but Criteria 2 is an issue

Can someone please put me out of my misery
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
