Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Hi & welcome to MrExcel
That can only be done if col C is text (rather than a formula) and it needs to be VBA.
Is that Ok?

How about
Code:
Sub Jack_T()
   Dim Cl As Range

   For Each Cl In Range("C1", Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(, 2))
      With Cl
         .Value = Cl.Offset(, -2) & " " & Cl.Offset(, -1)
         With .Characters(Len(Cl.Offset(, -2)) + 1, Len(.Value)).Font
            .Bold = True
            .Italic = True
         End With
      End With
   Next Cl
End Sub

How about
Code:
Sub Jack_T()
   Dim Cl As Range

   For Each Cl In Range("D2", Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(, 3))
      With Cl
         .Value = Cl.Offset(, -3) & Chr(10) & Cl.Offset(, -2) & Chr(10) & Cl.Offset(, -1)
         With .Characters(Len(.Offset(, -3)) + 1, Len(.Value)).Font
            .Bold = True
            .Italic = True
         End With
      End With
   Next Cl
