Concatenate the key column

We have a key colum i.e. initialised by 'Y' if there is any duplicate found in any column which is defined as key column then it should highlight in yellow colour ..... now I need to check that key column with concatenation fun......for eg colA and colB and these are key column now colA having 2 & 2 and colB having 1 &3 then it should give the result in concatenate way (VBA code required )
