Concatenate Merge cells of data

Hi Forum

I cut and paste data from a horse racing website as attached and it is showing a live odds show for each horse. What I would like is a formula to bring the odds of a horse that has separated into two rows into one row as in the case of horse named Adjourn, Value Theory, Carolus Magnus, Civil Law and finally in this race Atheby. This is just one race as the sheet extends to a whole days racing so obviously the horses names will change as do splits in the rows for each horse. Any help would be much appreciated.

PS I have attached the sheet before any formula is added and another snapshot to show how I would like it to look.
