Hi all,

I have a dynamic range being retrieved from the database in Column A

i.e.

Account
1000
1200
1300
4000

These values will refresh from time to time and more or fewer values may be displayed in column a depending on the data comin in. I have to populate them into one single cell B2 with comma as a sepaerator. I have a header Account in cell A1.

Note: I don't want to use VBA.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
It doesn't actually need to be a table. Just having it as table saves you from having to enter those formulas manually.
If you follow the same procedure with the helper column doing the Concatenations, you can have a formula to pull the last row.
Here is an example of that formula, without using Table references: https://exceljet.net/formula/get-value-of-last-non-empty-cell

Just note that by ruling out VBA and Tables, you are removing most of the ability to have anything done automatically, and it will require some manually intervention (i.e. copying your concatenation formulas down the proper number of rows).
