Compute Surveys Needed to Meet the Target

Hello,

I need help in computing the target for CSAT.

CSAT is scored in a scale of 0-10 where 0 is the lowest and 10 is the highest. All surveys are computed by getting the straight average of all survey ratings.

If I already have 1,956 surveys with an average of 8.37, how will I compute the number of 10s that I need to be at 9?
