Complicated double lookup

hi all,

i have this complicated double lookup that i have to create a formula on.
this will determine the price based on item no and customer.

suppose the table looks like this:

i have tried using a combination of offset and match formula from one of the suggestions but failed to come up. any help? :)

this i the formula i started to work on...
=OFFSET(A1:F6,MATCH(B16,OFFSET(B2:F6,0,0,A1:A6,1),0)-1,
MATCH(A16,OFFSET(B2:F6,0,0,1,B2:B6),0)-1)

where B16= CHAIR7 AND A16= CUST4

help please!
