Hi all,

Not very good with excel, so apologies if this seems simple.
I have a table in excel which contains a lot of data which doesn't really give the information- like a huge set of raw data.
This data is then used to create pivot tables, but multiple pivot tables are created to get the information required.

Each data is then manually chosen to be in a different table, where heat map is created. Also this data changes everyday.
Hence this process is very time consuming and complex. Is there anyway to make this process simple or anyway to automate it?

Here is a rough expectation:

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
There aren't really enough details for the forum to answer well. Can you upload an example data source and explain what you are trying to do?

From the very fuzzy understanding of what you are doing, I would clean the data in PowerQuery to create a table of data that is actually useful to you, and then pivot/ heat map
