Complex Conditional Calculations

hi, i want to add or subtract the value to the existing value of the cell, but the addition or subtraction would depend on various conditions and the cell in which data needs to be added or subtracted would also be dependent on the conditions, If you look at the picture my problem would be more clear, Example: If Transaction is from Exchange 1 to Wallet 1 and from BTC to ETH, then the "Amount" entered in transaction table would be subtracted from Exchange 1 BTC cell and "Amount2" will be added to Wallet1 ETH cell. Tried following various instructions but with no results, any help would be appreciated.
