I'm sorry for my stupid question. I want to deploy my VBA-script as *.xlam Add-ins. If I understand I need to compile my script before I will export as *.xlam
I try to export without compiling, but this is just source code and I can not import that source code as Add-ins to another Workbook.
My script working fine, BUT unfortunately, button Compile VBA code already disabled.

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
You can't compile unless it is not compiled, and it will only be not compiled when it has been edited. Try making a change to the code (simply injecting a new line, whether you remove it after or not) should do the trick.

How are you proposing to use Worksheet event code as an addin?

@Micron , Thanks, Unfortunately no, not working. Any changing or reloading Excel don't activate this button.

@MARK858 , Thanks. But how I can distribute my VBA code with Worksheet_Change? Only as source VBA code? Or only as *.XIAM file? It's not a cool way. I made this code for absolutely idiotic peoples from accounting department. It's look better that they can not see and changing my code. And I need provide more convenient way to distribute my script to their. My initial idea was distribute my VBA-script to accounting department as Add-ins. It it wrong idea?

Yes, I have recipe to solve my issue.
1. If button "Compile VBA project" disabled - this mean all going fine. This is meaning of @Micron message
2. And I need to save whole Excel file - not only VBA script as XLAM - this is meaning on @MARK858 message

All done, thanks.

Solution
You could just password protect the vba project, then no one can look at the code. But not even you if you forget the password.
