Compile Error

I am building small database with only two tables. I have a query that has all data from both of these table in it.

When I amend any data I get an error message saying

"Compile Error.in table-level validation expression"

Once I click "OK" it lets me carring on amending/adding data

This has not always been the caase it has suddenly popped up after making some small amenments.

Can anyone tell what this message means and how to overcome it.

Do any of the fields in any of your tables have a Validation Rule?

If so what is the rule?
