Hi, I'm tying to create a formula to compare a data from 4 different cells and the result should be "Yes" or "No".
The scenario is
If A1=B1 AND C1=D1, "Yes","No"
but if A1 and B1= Not Held" AND C1 and D1="Not held" the result should be "No"

Can anyone help me with that for creating a formula?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Try:
Code:
=IF(AND(A1="Not Held",B1="Not Held",C1="Not Held",D1="Not Held"),"No",IF(AND(A1=B1,C1=D1),"Yes",""))
