Hi, so I have two very large tables of data (700+) and I am trying to compare the changes in rank of people, from one level of membership to another. All start at one and can end up in 7 choices.

I've created an appended table to be able to work with both sets of data but when trying to get the count of their status, I end up with an unreadble chart that just counts all of the numbers. It should be counting rank 1 current year, and previous years or rank 1 to rank 2.

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Can you post a small mock-up example (15-20 rows) of the data and the expected result?
You can use the XL2BB to upload a minisheet. See here.
