Column A is the listing of Applicants that went to the next stage of testing ... column B is a listing of applicants deemed ineligible. I'm trying to compare one to the other because the straight subtraction doesn't work. Is there a formula that I can use to determine if the numbers in column B are also in column A (and vice versa)? I've included a small set of numbers from my spreadsheet as an example. Thanks!
