I have two worksheets.

Each worksheet has one table of data with multiple columns. Product,Ref Number, Amount,Price etc........

Both data sheets have different columns of info but both have two columns in common. Product & Amount

If a row of data in worksheet 1 matches a row of data in worksheet 2. Then its highlighted in a colour for example.

Here is the tricky bit.

Of all the columns of data, each matching row only has to match 2 pieces of data, Product and Amount.

What formula(s) should I be looking at to do this?

Its tricky I know.

Cheers
