Columns F and G are pulling project numbers from two different programs. Column G has the project number and the title, while column F only has the project number. We are not allowed to use macros on our work computers, I want column A to have a list of project numbers that are in F but not in G. My difficulty is the title in with the project numbers in G (and they aren't always at the beginning), so I can't get MATCH or INDEX to work like I want them too.

If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
How about like
Excel Formula:
=FILTER(E2:E10,COUNTIFS(F2:F10,"*"&E2:E10&"*")=0)

Hi Fluff, quick question - will it sometimes return #CALC! if there's no information found? Even if I wrote an IFNA around your equation?

Hi Fluff, that equation works most of the time, but sometimes I'm getting back #CALC! - is that because there is no information to calculate? I have wrapped your equation within an IFNA(your equation),"")

Using ifna won't make any difference, as the formula is returning #calc, not #n/a.
The formula in post#8 should prevent the #calc error.
