Hi,
I'm trying to make a set of measures to compare individual performances against the team performance, but i'm struggling to create this measure in DAX (i'm using PowerPivot as opposed to PowerBI, but the formaul should still be the same).
The first measure i'm trying to compare is Gross Margin (GM) - i've calculated Gross Margin in Dax by simply dividing the Profit by the Revs
Below is the Pivot i've got so far, what i'd like to do is Compare the invididual Performance against the team - so Camilla from Africa would show as -2.2%, James in Africa team would show as -0.5% and Kelly would be on 0.6%
& then in Asia Alice would be on -7.3% and Charlotte on 0.7%, etc
