Compare in 2010

Could anyone guide me on how to compare two spreadsheets in the same workbook in Excel 2010.

For a whole spreadsheet.

Addendum:
I have added an additional button in the Customize Ribbon Section, but it remain inactive (greyed out), I am getting a little frustrated with 2010 as I found 2003 much more intuitive.

So do you want to know if cell A1 on Sheet1 is equal to cell A1 on Sheet2?

I am trying to compare to spreadsheets with the same column headings contain the same data or if one or the other has additional data.

Not just column a and column A but a range of columns and rows.
