I would like to compare the NEW email with emails in OLD column, and if it found in OLD data then remove it in New column

<tbody>[TR]

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
How about
Code:
Function BlessyClara(St1 As String, st2 As String) As String
   Dim Sp As Variant
   Dim i As Long
   Sp = Split(St1, "|")
   BlessyClara = "|" & st2
   For i = 0 To UBound(Sp)
      BlessyClara = Replace(BlessyClara, "|" & Sp(i), "")
   Next i
   BlessyClara = Replace(BlessyClara, "|", "", 1, 1)
End Function
Used like
=BlessyClara(A2,B2)
