Compare between 2 values

Hello Folks , I am working on an excel sheet where in i have business done by staff members for 2 weeks.

I have 4 staff members , Need to compare their current month business from last month business.

A1 has current month business 120000000
B1 has last month business 100000000

I need a formula to compare these two values .

If A1 business is 20% greater than B1 business then "Exceed Expectation" else "Below Expectation"

Please help!!
