Compare 2 Sheets with large Data or any Tool?

Hi all, is possibl ecompare 2 sheets with data from A to BR and from row 1 to 1500?

why? i captured data, and send to my boos, him do some changes and not know.... wich data changed...
then exist a way for detect it?
i want compare my sheet with the sheet of my chief.
