Compare 2 result and Find Out which is different entry

Dear sir,

I have data in compare-1 and Compare -2, both has 4 column.

Compare-1 has Column A,B,C,D and Compare-2 has Column F,G,H,I.

I want to find out that which entry is different from both entry each other and result in yellow highlighted column K,L,M,N and P,Q,R,S.

I have circle in my sheet, which I want that answer. (I have enter it Manually)

I have attached screenshot of my excel sheet, please find and suggest me that if I need VBA or Formula.
