Compare 2 Forecasts - Pivot Table Help

Was hoping for some pivot table expert to provide some guidance here. Thanks in advance.

I have 2 12-month project management financial forecasts that I need to compare and report on the differences. Here is some sample data:

There is only one difference between the 2 forecasts, a $500 reduction in Dev Consulting for April.

I have been able to create the Pivot Table to show the forecast by Spend Type for each forecast, but now I need to have a third section that shows the differences.
