Hello,

I have a workbook that is shared amongst various users and for two weeks running a user has update various cells with a comment and also inputted a value into the cell and saved the workbook. However when we check the report at a later date the comments have been removed. The workbook is shared amongst 10-15 users so it could be that someone is deleting the comments however it is isolated to only one user.

Is there any other reasons why the comments might be removing themselves after it has been saved; user settings, etc?

Thanks

Is it possible that one user has the option to show comment indicators turned off? I may be misunderstanding what you're saying:confused:

No they have the comments indicator turned on and when other users access the workbook the comments are also not there.

It may be down to one particular user but was just checking if there was any settings that maybe I wasn't aware of but it seems not.

Thanks
