Is there anyway to add an image onto a user form so that when you scroll the mouse over the image a comment appears like in excel? for example I would like to place a question mark next to a label in a form so that when the user doesn't know what code to enter in the corresponding text box they can just scroll over the image of the question mark and a brief comment will appear listing the codes and brief description of each. any ideas?

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
You should look at putting the text into the Status Bar Text & ControlTip Text Properties. These allow you to specify help or comments for the user and will appear once the user clicks on the field( Status Bar Text ) or mouses over or hovers near the field (ControlTip Text )
