How do I keep the Web toolbar from starting up when excel starts up?

The Web toolbar keeps opening or showing when I open Excel and I do not want it to.

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
If you close it, close Excel, and restart it, it should be gone. If not, then try a more drastic approach, search for a file named Excel.olb (For 97), Excel9.olb (For 2000), or Excel10.olb (Fr XP).

That file has the customizations you've made to your toolbars, delete it, and restart Excel once again.
