Command reset button that resets to a default condition

Greetings everyone! :) Seeking guidance on how to create a macro reset button that changes the worksheet back to a default condition. Can anyone help?

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
I'd be tempted to record a macro of the actions you need to complete a full reset, then posted here, it could probably be optimised to tidy the code, then its just a case of assigning it to a button
