Command Buttons Changing Sizes/Positions

I have a bunch of command buttons in a workbook. I wrote the workbook vba coding on a machine with a 4k display and Excel 16 and the 1st user-machine (Eventually to be 40) are using colder machines with 4:3 screens and excel 2010. Subsequently, the buttons are changing sizes/positions when opened on the older machine. Anyone have any ideas on how to lock/prevent this?
