Command button to perform multiple tasks

Good afternoon all. In my userform, the employee has one field that populates from a drop-down menu the Month and Year time frame. This coincides with the tabs of the workbook (Apr 2018, May 2018, etc.). When the Save/New button is pressed, I need it to use the time frame (Apr 2018) and begin populating the cells on the tab with the same name.
