Hello everyone, Honored to be here: a question....
I need a code to create a combobox that do this:
1. for example select GI esp. an then shows a list on a combobox a list of places that are specialist in this matter, but if I choose for example Radiologist it will show a list of places only for radiologist or i.e.: Cardiologists show a list only for cardiologist.
2. on that list of place it going to be Dr. name, address, phone number , fax, number, and insurances they don't take. and each of this item are need to be transfer to a cell in a sheet call Referrals.
***** that database for this info is going to be entered in a workbook with one sheet:
a- specialist info, insurance info, phone number, fax number, etc.
