Combobox remove/hide breakline (¶) and Numbers

1) I have a combobox (E1) that shows a breakline (¶) paragraph symbol. I am using breakline formula in column S3:S197.

In dropbox (combobox) can we just put text (company name) and remove all numbers? But only in combobox

Currently my combobox is showing value
2¶17612.5¶^NSEI¶17813.6

But all numbers and ¶ are to be removed. Only the company name (^NSEI) should be displayed in the combobox

2) In D1 used for hyperlink combobox value currently showing directly cell refrence like (B3) instead plese show company name (^NSEI)
