ComboBox Multiple Selections

I added a combo box to a form and made its row source from a query. Can you have multiple seclections (Choose more than one) in a Combo Box? If so, how?

Disregard: I should be using a List Box. Thanks!

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Ok, I do prefer a Combo. I would really like a Combo that has Check boxes and am struggling to figure how to add one to my form
