I have a combo box on a userform that is connected with a formula. It's similar to an autocomplete combo box. Anyways, I have my program working fairly smoothly except for the fact that after it narrowing down my search, I will click on SOME options and it clears itself and it wants me to type in the combo box again. Some options work fine when you select them... Others do not... Is their a sure proof way (error proofing) so that no matter what option is clicked, it will fill the combo box? My code is fairly short for the combo box.

Any and all help would be much appreciated.

Code:
Private Sub ComboBox1_Change()

    If DisableCb Then Exit Sub

    Me.ComboBox1.DropDown
    Sheets("Data").Range("E2") = Me.ComboBox1.Value

End Sub

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
