Combobox dependet of option and checkboxes using "name Manager"

Hi everyone
i have a userform1 with two optionbutton (opt1; opt2) and two check button chk1; chk2).
i would like to use Name Manager in combobox (cbo1).
Whem opt1 and chk1 is open the cbo1 show us a especific "name Manager" with
opt2 and chk2 appear another "name manager".
I am a new in vba and i already have tried to do it, but in any way had not results.
