Combo box value matching

Hello Everyone i have created a userform with two combo box now i have to do something like pattern matching for example if click a value/text in combo box 1 then automatically few value/text should appear in combo box 2. specifically if i click companies in combo box 1 then combo box 2 it should populate P&G Unilever ..is there any vba code for this ?
