Combo box and not limited list

The user selects the value from the first combo box which determines the values for the second combo box.

The user would like the option to be able to select all values that are available in the second combo box.

I have the limit to list option at no. How do I go about allowing the user to select all values? I have tried to input a wildcard like * and this did not work. I also attempted to highlight to no avail. Tried putting AND in between values.

Thank you.
