Combining

Hi, I have workbook with multiple worksheets which represents oil and gas consumption in my company taken from different places (for example East and West division worksheets). Is there any way to combine 2 tables (already have created named tables) into a PivotTable covered with Data Model with 3 columns: 1st is name of consumer, 2nd is consumption of West division and 3rd is consumption of East division. Consumers are the same in both of divisions. Sorry for my english :)
