Combining Two Data Sets

Hi Folks,

I'm in need of your expertise here

I have two data sets as follows :

1- Data containing all kinds of movements of fleet vehicles (including Business Trips, To/from workshops, test drives etc.)
2- Containing the info. on Business Trips with Locations (for business Trips only)

I am looking for a way to segregate or identify business trips (only) in first data set with the help of 2nd one, so that I may fetch (lookup) the exact movement (location i.e. pickup and drop off) points in 1st data set.
The common factors in both data sets are the date and vehicles #.

I have created a dummy data, by proxying the numbers and locations in the data sets for your ready referencing.... Wondering if anyone could assist in this regard. Thank you !

But I think you looked up simply by Vehicle # ... which is not serving the objective here. I actually need to, let say "MARK/TAG", the particular Business Trip against the same Trip Start date through to Trip End Date as in 2nd Data set. (May be we'll have to give each business trip a code here from its start till end date)

so you want to use Date from the first and Trip End Date from the second?
