combining the mortality rate with other percentages

Hello all
I have a simple example attached with 5 persons, given his/ her age, attrition rate, mortality tables

want to calculate the probability of not dying combined with the probability of not leaving work for every year until the age of 60

sheet range

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
