Combining "mailto:" hyperlinks conveniently into a list to enter into Bcc under Outlook

Having coded copies of a set of email addresses using hyperlink("mailto:" & ...) I now wish to email a group of them. How can I conveniently present this list, minus the 'mailto:' in each case, to Outlook?
