In Cell B4 " 29 Jul 2016 "
In Cell A5 " {=SUM(IF(Table1[Due Date] >=$B$4,SUMIF(Table1[Due Date],">="&$B$4,Table1[Payment]),0),B5)} "
In Cell B5 " {=IF(Table1[Due Date] <=DATE(YEAR(B4),MONTH(B4),DAY(B4+14)),SUMIF(Table1[Due Date],"<="&DATE(YEAR(B4),MONTH(B4),DAY(B4+14)),Table1[Payment]),0)} "

The DATA in the table is kinda irrelevant I believe, if not I could explain what they are
I know that's a lot to process, but I'm trying to combine Cells B5 and A5 not sue how to do that because of the {} not sure what's it's called when you type a formula and hit "CTRL SHIFT ENTER" it puts the whole formula in {} and allows you to enter certain formulas that you normally can't

I really hop I'm explaining myself adequately enough lol

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Have you tried just replacing the "B5" part from A5 with B5's formula... like below input with Ctrl Shift Enter...

So in A5:

=SUM(IF(Table1[Due Date] >=$B$4,SUMIF(Table1[Due Date],">="&$B$4,Table1[Payment]),0),
IF(Table1[Due Date] <=DATE(YEAR(B4),MONTH(B4),DAY(B4+14)),SUMIF(Table1[Due Date],"<="&DATE(YEAR(B4),MONTH(B4),DAY(B4+14)),Table1[Payment]),0))

CONTROL + SHIFT + ENTER

Yes I tried that, but ended up with a number about 4X's the number I get with the formulas separate
