I've linked a table from an external database. now, i'd like to combine several fields into 1. more specifically i have 22 different thermocouples and their readings. i'd like to have a column of thermocouple numbers, (thus 22 records), a column of the average temperature, one for the heat rates etc. does anyone know how to do that?

Have you tried dropping your fields into a query and using an expression similar to: FullName: [LastName] & ", " & [FirstName]?
