Combine unique and sequence function to create a list of repeating numbers

I have a list of of numbers where I'm using the unique function to pull a clean list. However, instead of just a column of unique values, I want them to repeat once.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
