Hello,

I have a fairly simple data table that I've easily turned into a Pivot table, but when going to add the only slicer I need, I'm not able to get all data into one slicer. My example is below. There are other columns such as dollars, etc, that I have not included in the example. What I am trying to do is create one slicer with all competencies listed so that as I choose a competency, it will only show those customers using that particular competency. Is this possible? Any help is much appreciated!

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Is the issue when you select Competency 1, it shows all customers whether or not there is an x in there?

If so, add another slicer for the value with x selected

The issue is I'm trying to add one slicer with all competencies listed. Instead I'm having to add 7 individual slicers, one with each competency.

So the example is the data and not the pivot then?

Data needs to be like this in the table, 3 columns

Customer 1 Competancy 1 x
Customer 1 Competancy 2 x
Customer 1 Competancy 3 x
Customer 1 Competancy 4

etc...

Then pivoted to what you have provided as an example.
