Hi all
I have a finance system report which is exporting around 15 columns of data. Each employee has two rows of data per person. The names and all 9 text value columns are duplicated across each pair of rows.
Each pair of rows is derived from two buckets of financial information and 6 of the 15 columns contains different dollar value on every row.
I want to consolidate the pairs in excel so there is only one record per employee, but the 6 currency fields need to be added together to give a total for each employee.
Any thoughts on how to approach this? Thanks
