Hi,

I have 42 excel files with 2 tabs of multiple columns each. All layouts and column tabs are the same.

Every workbook arrived "shared", which has created limitations. I can unshare a file when it is opened and get back full capabilities, but I don't know how to do this when it is not opened... if this is even possible.

There is no possibility of getting these files in unshared status from the original sender.

I need to add the rows data (both tabs) from every file into one master file.

Not a novice, but definitely not superadvanced. Anyone out there who can help with a non-VBA solution please?

Thank you!!! :)

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
