I have this code in before update event,

Just need help to get work together one if company field is blank and the other to ask save the record if changed has been made,

Excel Facts

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Sort by date Sort by votes
The absolute simplest way to do this is to make the field required at the table level. Access will do all the rest.

You may need to intercept the close event so access doesn't try to close the form if the user hits the close button (which would also trigger a form update). Not sure - might cancel and close in that case and the user wouldn't know if it was saved or not.

Again - better/best/easiest to make the field required in the table.
